The Tea Growers Academy is a Uganda-based initiative that helps farmers, cooperatives, and entrepreneurs learn how to process, refine, and market their own specialty teas. We believe in empowerment through skills, quality, and direct connection to the market.

What We Offer

• Hands-on training in tea processing: from leaf to cup
• Guidance on quality control, flavour development, and defect detection
• Support in branding, storytelling, and packaging
• Market access strategies: local and international
• Mentorship and follow-up support for graduates

Our Approach

We work closely with each producer to help them find their unique style. Our method is practical, farmer-led, and quality-focused. We believe great tea can come from anywhere — with the right knowledge, tools, and care.
